Yinka Shonibare at Smithsonian

Nigerian art star Yinka Shonibare wowed audiences with his recent showing at the Brooklyn Museum of Art. Now he’s taken his sculptures of life-sized, headless mannequins swathed in vibrant prints and fixed in everyday actions to the Smithsonian National Museum of African Art in DC.
