Now Watching: Little Simz’ #FeesMustFall-Inspired ‘Gratitude’

London-based rapper Little Simz was in Cape Town to connect with social entrepreneurship initiative Red Bull Amaphiko and shoot a video for Gratitude, her single featuring The Hics. It so happened that the #FeesMustFall protests were sweeping across South Africa at the time of her visit, and serendipitously take centre stage not only in the video but also her first time experience of the country as she explains on Red Bull’s site, where the video premiered.
