South Africans have mastered the art of the chisa nyama: barbecued meat, an endless flow of drinks, loud laughter and the perfect beats best served on a Sunday afternoon. MTVBase Africa has joined the party, hosting the first Summer Sunday session as part of the Hunter’s Oasis Tour.
Taking place at the perfect setting at Sedibeng in Meadowlands, Soweto, chart-topping vocalist Donald will be there to sing his hits ‘I Deserve’ and ‘Denial’. DJs Kent, Raiko, Vigilante and Twins on Decks willbe spinning house and hip-hop all afternoon.
The first edition of the Hunter’s Oasis Tour kicks off at 2 pm on Sunday 10 February at
Sedibeng, Meadowlands, Soweto. Tickets are available at the door, priced R100.
